Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw, also known as Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American writer and designer who has been awarded numerous prizes for her work. She advocates animal rights. The actress is famous for movies like Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) as well as The Getaway (1972). The Getaway was released in 1972. New York, she was born and brought up in an creative family. The first job she had was an assistant to photographers. She then moved on to acting and modeling. She was awarded her the Golden Globe Award in 1990 because she was a promising actress. MacGraw became a household name after the 1970 hit film Love Story. She was nominated for the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. After only three movies she was deemed the most successful female film in the history of box offices. Handprints, signatures and footprints were engraved in 1972 at Grauman's Chinese Theater. Additionally, to The Getaway Convoy Players she also starred in the television series The Winds of War. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography, was released. MacGraw was married three times.
