Ali MacGraw, also known as Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American designer and author who has won numerous awards for her works. She advocates human rights for animals. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway 72 are among her most acclaimed films. When she was in New York, she was born and raised into an creative family. When she was a photographer's assistant She turned her focus to acting and modeling. MacGraw was noticed in her two first films and was awarded the Golden Globe Award for Most Promising newcomer. MacGraw became a household name after the 1970 hit film Love Story. She was considered for nomination to one of the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. In just three films, she was voted the Top female box-office start worldwide. In 1972, the Grauman's Chinese Theater engraved her autograph with handprints, foot prints and handprints in 1972.
