Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actress and writer most famous for her role as Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island during the 1960s. Bettle's Two's Company musical was the first show she performed in for her first stage appearance. In the following years, she appeared in many Broadway productions before making it famous in the national stage scene with Li'l Abner's in 1957. Within the same calendar year she released her first music album called This is Tina Time. Louise began her Hollywood career in the year 1958 as she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a drama film. It was a huge hit and Louise received an award called the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. While students of Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. Her next role that she portrayed in the role of Ginger Grant, which CBS hired her with in 1964. Louise continued to juggle her work effectively with a variety of roles between Broadway television and Hollywood portraying somber characters as against her perceived image of a glamour doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 & Sanctuary, although she made a mark as an effective television director in numerous series, including Supernatural as well as The 100. Her birthplace was in Essex on the 28th of August, 1965. Her family relocated to Toronto when she was just three and she continued to live there throughout in the adolescent years and childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver, Canada after her selection for the lead role.
