Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After giving up gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Her Professional Card was granted a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals every year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to finish her college education. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and was crowned sixth place within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than happy of the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. She usually does bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. First, she warms up before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. The way she achieves this is through supersetting her back exercises. Three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
