Luciana Paoluzzi was raised living in Rome with her parents. Luciana Paoluzzi's father is an Italian army officer. Maria Rota Paoluzzi's mom was the former lover of Benito Mussolini. It's not clear if there are any siblings. Luciana has graduated from her high school in the local area in 1955. She then was a student of naval engineering at Milan, at the Scientific Academy of Milan. Luciana, the only female of her class was the very first student to complete her studies.
